We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of the items you received, and would like to return them, here is our return policy:

30 Days Return Policy

Return the item within 30 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund, provided the item is in the box, and in original condition. If we shipped a wrong or damaged item, we will provide you with return shipping, otherwise you are responsible for the return shipment.

You must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) prior to shipping an item back to shopme.com.

How to obtain an RMA

An RMA can be obtained by sending an email to returns@shopme.com with order number, and reason to return the item. We will issue an RMA number via Email, within 24 hours. The RMA number must be printed on the return shipment.
